"Humanity has advanced, when it has advanced, not because it has been sober, responsible, and cautious, but because it has been playful, rebellious, and immature." Tom Robbins |

Welcome to my Site
I was born on the 4th day of December 1977, in Mar del Plata, a small city by the Atlantic Ocean in Argentina. Since then I've been interested in both the "technical" and "artistic" aspects of life. I studied Informatics Engineering at Universidad de Belgrano in Buenos Aires and graduated in 2001. I worked at the university both as a programmer for the IT department and as a teaching assistant. From very early age I have been interested in computer graphics, digital media and computer games, as a way of combining my technical knowledge and my "artsy" side. For that reason I took the MSc CAGTA Course at the University of Teesside in Middlesbrough, UK. I finished the course and obtained a distinction on September 2005. I currently work for Google in New York as a Software Engineer. In this website you'll find some of my work, including programming projects I've done in my spare time, some of the MSc assignments I completed while taking the MSc CAGTA, some of my drawings (of which I'm not particularly proud) and some 3D and 2D digital art I created, some of them a long time ago. Also, you can see some of the web developing projects I was involved in while working in Buenos Aires. For those who want to know a bit more about me, there's my Curriculum Vitae. If these two options are not enough for you, well, you can always contact me. So, no further introduction. Sit down, relax, look around and enjoy. And thanks for passing by! I hope you like it. -- Ed, signing off. |
